admin fluentz

Check-in dengan Reservasi

*Receptionist: “Good afternoon\! Welcome to Grand Hotel. How may I help you?”*

*Kamu: “Hi, I have a reservation under the name Andi Pratama.”*

*Receptionist: “Let me check… Yes, Mr. Pratama. A deluxe room for three nights, checking out on Friday. Is that correct?”*

*Kamu: “Yes, that’s right.”*

*Receptionist: “May I see your ID and credit card, please?”*

*Kamu: “Sure, here you go.”*

*Receptionist: “Thank you. Your room is 712 on the seventh floor. Here’s your key card. The elevator is on your left.”*

*Kamu: “Great, thank you. What time is breakfast served?”*

*Receptionist: “Breakfast is from 6:30 to 10 AM at the restaurant on the second floor.”*

*Kamu: “Perfect. Thanks for your help\!”*

Check-in Tanpa Reservasi (Walk-in)

Kadang kamu datang ke hotel tanpa reservasi alias walk-in.

*Kamu: “Hi, do you have any rooms available for tonight?”*

*Receptionist: “Let me check for you. How many nights would you like to stay?”*

*Kamu: “Just one night, please.”*

*Receptionist: “We have a standard room available at $85 per night and a deluxe room at $120. Both include breakfast.”*

*Kamu: “I’ll take the standard room, please. Does it have a city view?”*

*Receptionist: “The standard room faces the garden, actually. The city view is available in the deluxe room.”*

*Kamu: “Hmm, I’ll go with the deluxe then. The view sounds worth it.”*

*Receptionist: “Great choice\! May I have your ID and a credit card for the deposit?”*

*Kamu: “Of course. Here they are.”*

*Receptionist: “You’re all set. Room 503, fifth floor. Enjoy your stay\!”*

Frasa “Do you have any rooms available?” itu cara paling pas buat nanya ketersediaan kamar. Kalau mau lebih spesifik, kamu bisa langsung tambahkan “for tonight” atau “for two nights.”

Memesan Room Service

Room service jawabannya. Biasanya kamu tinggal telepon resepsionis atau bagian F\&B.

*Staff: “Room service, how may I help you?”*

*Kamu: “Hi, I’d like to order some food to my room, please. Room 712.”*

*Staff: “Of course. What would you like to order?”*

*Kamu: “Can I get the club sandwich and a bowl of mushroom soup?”*

*Staff: “Sure. Anything to drink?”*

*Kamu: “A pot of hot tea, please. Oh, and do you have any dessert options?”*

*Staff: “We have chocolate lava cake, cheesecake, and fresh fruit platter.”*

*Kamu: “The chocolate lava cake sounds good. I’ll add that.”*

*Staff: “So that’s one club sandwich, mushroom soup, hot tea, and chocolate lava cake. Your order should arrive in about 30 minutes.”*

*Kamu: “That’s perfect. Thank you\!”*

Frasa “Can I get…” dan “I’d like to order…” adalah dua pola paling umum buat memesan sesuatu.

Menyampaikan Keluhan

Kamar berisik, AC nggak dingin, atau handuk kurang? Kamu perlu tahu cara menyampaikan keluhan dengan sopan tapi tegas.

*Kamu: “Hello, this is room 712\. I’m sorry to bother you, but there seems to be a problem with the air conditioning in my room.”*

*Receptionist: “I’m sorry to hear that, Mr. Pratama. What seems to be the issue?”*

*Kamu: “It’s not cooling at all. I’ve tried adjusting the temperature, but it’s still warm.”*

*Receptionist: “I apologize for the inconvenience. I’ll send our maintenance team to check it right away.”*

*Kamu: “Thank you. Also, if it can’t be fixed, would it be possible to switch to another room?”*

*Receptionist: “Absolutely. If the issue persists, we’ll move you to a comparable room at no extra charge.”*

*Kamu: “I appreciate that. How long will it take for maintenance to come?”*

*Receptionist: “They should be there within 15 minutes.”*

*Kamu: “Alright, I’ll wait. Thank you for your help.”*

Frasa “There seems to be a problem with…” itu cara sopan buat menyampaikan keluhan tanpa terkesan marah-marah.

*Kamu: “Excuse me, could you recommend a good local restaurant nearby?”*

*Receptionist: “Of course\! There’s a great seafood place called Ocean Grill, about a 10-minute walk from here.”*

*Kamu: “That sounds nice. How do I get there?”*

*Receptionist: “Turn right when you exit the hotel, walk straight for two blocks, and it’s on the corner next to the bookstore.”*

*Kamu: “Got it. Is it usually crowded? Should I make a reservation?”*

*Receptionist: “On weekends it can get busy, so a reservation would be a good idea. I can call them for you if you’d like.”*

*Kamu: “That would be great\! A table for two at 7 PM, please.”*

*Receptionist: “I’ll arrange that for you right away.”*

*Kamu: “Thank you so much. One more thing, is there an ATM nearby?”*

*Receptionist: “There’s one in the lobby, right next to the gift shop.”*

*Kamu: “Perfect, thanks\!”*

Check-out dan Pembayaran

Saatnya pulang. Proses check-out biasanya cepat, tapi ada beberapa hal yang perlu kamu konfirmasi soal tagihan.

*Kamu: “Hi, I’d like to check out, please. Room 712.”*

*Receptionist: “Of course, Mr. Pratama. Let me pull up your bill. Did you enjoy your stay?”*

*Kamu: “Yes, very much\! The room was great and the staff was really helpful.”*

*Receptionist: “That’s wonderful to hear. So your total comes to $410. That includes three nights in the deluxe room, room service, and the minibar.”*

*Kamu: “Wait, I don’t think I used the minibar. Could you double-check that?”*

*Receptionist: “Let me verify… You’re right, I’m sorry about that. The corrected total is $385.”*

*Kamu: “No problem. Can I pay by credit card?”*

*Receptionist: “Absolutely. Please insert your card here.”*

*Kamu: “Done. Could I get a printed receipt, please?”*

*Receptionist: “Here you go. Thank you for staying with us, Mr. Pratama. We hope to see you again\!”*

*Kamu: “Thank you\! I’ll definitely come back.”*
